ASU+GSV Summit 2022: Activating the People Side of Innovation

By ASU+GSV Summit 2022

There’s more to innovation than technology and digital tools. In education, it’s critically important to include students, educators, and their communities in conversations about this time of system-wide disruption in education. It’s in having these conversations that innovators can responsibly solve for some of the biggest challenges facing these groups: student performance, engagement levels, and equity in education.
In this ASU+GSV Summit 2022 panel hosted by Chris Rush, Senior Advisor For Innovation and Improvement at the US Department Of Education, you’ll hear about the lesser-known “people side” of innovation. Panelists discuss activating this side of innovation to ensure the process happens with, rather than to, the stakeholders that these innovations are meant to serve. Listen in for the experiences and thoughts of passionate industry experts who are engaging in the work of ensuring that innovation in education proceeds responsibly.
